Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order?

Most customers of Rekane.com receive their packages within 6–15 business days. Orders are carefully processed, hand-packed, and verified within 1–3 business days before shipment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information with the latest status.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, Rekane.com only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options. Customers can pay using major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders placed on Rekane.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).

My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?

If your payment fails, please verify that your billing address matches the details associated with your card. You may also try a different payment method. If the problem continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@rekane.com with your order number. Our support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. Rekane.com does not charge restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind.

Troubleshooting Issues

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I did not receive my package.

Please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive. We also recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier and then email our support team for assistance.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the item you received along with your order number to support@rekane.com. Our team will prioritize sending the correct item at no additional cost.
